1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you create an account or use Fanager, you may provide:

• Email address (used for account creation and login)
• Display name (your public username within the App)
• Phone number (optional, provided during account setup)
• Physical address (optional, provided during account setup)
• League and team information, including names, descriptions, and locations
• Images such as league logos, team logos, and banners
• Match scores and schedules

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device tokens for delivering push notifications
• Device identifiers used for analytics and diagnostics
• App interaction data such as screens viewed, features used, and actions taken
• Crash logs and performance data (launch times, hang rates, energy usage) to improve app stability

Information Processed by Third Parties

Payment information: If you make a purchase through the App, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Enable you to create and manage leagues, teams, seasons, tournaments, and matches
• Allow you to follow leagues and teams as a spectator
• Send push notifications about leagues, teams, and matches you follow
• Moderate content to maintain community standards (including profanity filtering and image moderation)
• Process payments through Stripe
• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the App
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

Fanager uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

• Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In: Used for account authentication. These services are governed by their own privacy policies (Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy).
• Supabase: Provides our database and file storage infrastructure. Data is stored securely on Supabase servers.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): Used to deliver push notifications to your device. Google's privacy policy applies to the processing of device tokens.
• Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects anonymous usage data and device identifiers to help us understand how the App is used and improve the user experience. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Collects crash logs and performance data to help us identify and fix issues. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Google Cloud Vision: Used to moderate user-uploaded images for inappropriate content. Images may be temporarily processed by Google for this purpose.
• Stripe: Processes all payment transactions. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. User-Generated Content

Fanager allows you to create and share content, including league names, team names, descriptions, and images. Content you create may be visible to other users of the App. You are responsible for the content you submit.

We employ automated content moderation, including profanity filters and image moderation, to help maintain a safe environment. Users may also report content that violates our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data as described in Section 6 below. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.

6. Account Deletion and Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings. When you delete your account:

• Your personal information (email address, display name, and device tokens) will be permanently deleted.
• Content you created (leagues, teams, seasons, tournaments, matches, and uploaded images) will be deleted or disassociated from your identity.
• This process is irreversible.

7. Children's Privacy

Fanager is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

The App does not require users to provide their age or date of birth. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
